We are a Kampala-based social enterprise preparing young people for the world of work through experiential soft skilling and mentorship; and enabling young professionals and entrepreneurs to maximize their potential through coaching and mentorship.

In the last 5 years, we have championed the transfer of Soft/21st Century skills such Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication, Curiosity, Collaboration, etc, through our work-readiness and entrepreneurship mentorship initiatives, as an answer to the skills-mismatch challenge. Consequently, we have impacted the work fortunes of over 3000 young people – 61% of whom have transitioned into entry-level opportunities.

We have also enrolled close to 200 professionals, entrepreneurs and social justice champions as mentors, to skill and prepare young people for the transition to work; and offered professional development training and coaching to over 50 professionals.
